Brophy’s Youth Entry Point provides support for young people seeking support from Brophy and headspace Warrnambool.
Youth specific programs available to be accessed here include Youth Homelessness, Adolescent Support and headspace Warrnambool.
Coordinated by the Access & Engagement Team who engage, assess and support young people through screening and assessment tools which allow a thorough assessment of an individual’s needs and their goals.
The team will then connect the young person with the support programs most appropriate for them, providing interim support until the young person is linked in with services.
