Our Executive Team
Our Executive Leadership team is made up of highly experienced professionals, responsible for leading and managing organisational strategy, operations, and innovation in knowledge and practice development across Brophy’s six Divisions.

Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing operational management, leadership and strategic development for Brophy Family and Youth Services.
The Office of the CEO Division is represented by the members of the Executive Leadership Team who lead the Agency in promoting integration and seamless service delivery. Members include the CEO, the Executive Mangers of all Divisions and the Quality & Compliance Team.

Executive Manager – Youth Services
The Youth Services Division encompasses four teams which include Youth Support Team (Youth Homelessness, Youth Justice, Better Futures and Young Parents), Youth Transitions Team, Foyer Warrnambool (24 hour supported youth accommodation facility and related services), School & Community Team (School Focused Youth Service, Safe in the South West Project, Healthy Relationships).

Executive Manager – Health Services
The Health Services Division provides early intervention health services across a number of different program areas which include headspace (Warrnambool & Portland), psychological therapy services, Doctors in Secondary School (DISS), Early Psychosis Prevention and Intervention Program, DARE (Drug and Alcohol Responding Early) program and the WILD adventure therapy program along with the new Individual Placement and Support program (IPS).

The Corporate Services Division provides a comprehensive range of management and support services across the organisation in the areas of Finance, Information Technology and Resources, Workforce Engagement, Facilities Management, Communications and Marketing as well as Corporate Compliance & Customer Service.

Executive Manager – Family & Individual Support Services
The Family and Individual Support Services Division aims to build the capacity of vulnerable families and individuals to enable them to self-manage and be the best they can be.
The Division incorporates Integrated Family Services, Family Violence Programs, Housing and Support Linkages and the Orange Door (including Child FIRST). These four teams deliver 20 programs to a diverse range of people in our community.

Executive Manager – Out of Home Care Services
The Out of Home Care Services Division at Brophy is responsible for supporting children and young individuals in situations where family support is required, particularly in cases of family conflict or when there is a notable risk of harm or abuse in the family home. Our division employs various programs such as Foster Care, Kinship Care, and Residential Care Services to address these needs.
Our dedicated and skilled staff utilize several key frameworks and models to fulfill our mission. These include, but are not limited to, Gender and Trauma Informed practice, Advantaged Thinking, Motivational Interviewing, and task-focused interventions.
