We recently received a huge donation of toiletry packs from the SW TAFE Year 11 class.
After hearing a presentation from Lily Bourke and Steph Laing during their time in the Youth Support Team, the students were inspired to take action and support young people across our services.
They reached out to local businesses — including Chemist Warehouse, Bargain Buys, and Central Court Motel — to gather donations, then packaged everything into individual toiletry sets.
Lily and Steph caught up with the students and their teacher for a group photo and to thank them for their generosity.
These toiletry packs will now be shared across our 210 Timor Street, Ozone Carpark office, Portland, Hamilton, Foyer, and our Residential Care houses — a huge help for the young people we work alongside every day.
