Age of cliental: Our Sexual Health Nurse Hannah can provide services to young people aged 12-25 years.
Nurse led appointments for:
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment
- HIV, hepatitis testing and referral
- Pregnancy testing or unplanned pregnancy options
- Contraceptive counselling and prescription
- Access to PrEP
- Cervical Screening Testing
- LGBTIQA+ support, advocacy and sexual health screening
- Navigating getting their own Medicare card
- Booking health related appointments with other services (including if they have never seen a GP before/ are new to the area or aren’t sure where to go specific to their concerns)
